Dr. Enoch Haruna, CIBN, BDSP is a development expert who over the years has worked with Founders, businesses, and C-suite Executives to develop Strategies for Success in their business. His strong business acumen has helped business owners grow their business by leaps and bounds. He is a trained Information technologist turned business strategist.
Dr. Enoch drives strategic initiatives that bolster the organization’s growth and impact. His past roles have included
Grants & Business Development Lead at LEAP Africa, Business Development Manager at CropIT, Senior Analyst and Area Manager at AFEX, and consultant positions where he led the development of strategic plans, such as setting up the W2A Hub and Co-working space at Welcome2Africa. His work at AFEX, particularly in Niger State, was pivotal in scaling operations, engaging key stakeholders, and aggregating significant quantities of grain. With a robust background in academia, Dr. Enoch has held lecturing roles at Salem University and Dorbeen Polytechnic, where he mentored students in ICT, programming, artificial intelligence, and management information systems. His leadership experience extends to roles such as Managing Director of RLK Microfinance Bank and Country Director of the Better Life Program for the African Rural Woman (BLPARW), where he spearheaded operations and forged strong partnerships with government agencies.
Dr. Enoch’s academic credentials are equally impressive, with a Doctor degree in Strategy & Leadership from PAL University USA, an MSc in Information Technology from the National Open
University of Nigeria, and a BSc in Information Technology from
Salem University. He is also a certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) from Kaduna Business School, and has undertaken advanced studies in credit and financial analysis,
economics, and strategic leadership.
An accomplished author and public speaker, Dr. Enoch has published works on the impact of NGOs on entrepreneurship and the role of microfinance banks in supporting productive entrepreneurship. His expertise spans fundraising management, business development, digital marketing, financial analysis, and project management, making him a valuable asset in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
